Barclays job status 'Under Consideration'

Hey grapeviners I was able to score a referral from Barclays, but all my applications have been 'Under Consideration' and I have not received ANY update. it's been a month for 1 application, and 1 more I applied today. Does anyone know when I can expect an update or whom can I contact. ANY information regarding this will be appreciated! <3
