Barclays 8 round of interview, non-sense
Is it normal, that Barclays takes 8-9 rounds of interview

On top of this 2 HRs consistently grilling me.
I cleared all , but this number is very odd, something doesn't feel right.
Adding to it directors were saying, there will be odd hours, will need to work till 11-12 in night, you can login late.
Tech stack - Microsoft Ecosystem, Agents creation using Copilot Studio and Microsoft Foundry
For the AVP position, they have taken so much time in this. And not even agreeing on 30 percent increment
Current fixed is 38.5 LPA at 10 Years Experience
Don't waste ur time, they will barely match ur expected salary on current salary. Hence grill, and after that make the position hold or silence. Experienced same hence commenting for better awareness in community

U on notice now ? Still they are not coming back then must be hold of position or CTC expectations not matching for sure. If may I ask, location and what offer u r holding currently while switching from JP Morgan?
