Bank Escalation Manager

My friend(F) works as a Cards escalation manager. The current package is 8 LPA with 9 years of experience and non technical. Looking for another better opportunity but interviews are always rejection not even calling for the first level of interview. Planning to switch for any other role with good exposure any suggestions are welcome.
