Man. Stay where you are.
Why the fck does everyone want to ruin Bangalore. Stay in your city and contribute to it. Don't make Bangalore a fish market.

General idea:

Rent 40 to 60 k if you want to live in gated communities

Maintenance and electricity: 10 k

Food and maids: 15 k

Commute: 5 to 10 k

To live a decent/semi luxury lifestyle you got to spend about 1 L minimum, with kids 1.5

Rent + maintenance (2bhk in central blore) ~ ₹40k Water - included in maintenance Electricity - ₹0 thanks to Congress freebie Commute - commute to work by bike, petrol less than ₹1k per month. 4 wheeler petrol like ₹2k per month on avg Maid - ₹5k Cook - ₹7k

Helpers rates are comparatively high in central bangalore, but hey, i get Kaveri water here. Had zero issues here when Whitfield folks were going through the water crisis scene during summer.
