Currently RMG forcing to take any project if unallocated for long time...? Will the block the ultimatix if not reporting 2 times a day...??
BFSI unallocated need to report to HR along with RMG..?
If you are not taking projects they are raising hr complaints and that goes serious. Rejecting projects and not reporting to office 5 days leads to termination. I heard my rmg spoc speaking of termination for a person rejecting projects and staying unallocated for long time. Stating that the employee doesn't want to take a project.
But they provide projects that are not aligned to the skillset.Non Technical projects only
This is really hectic. staying for long hours for no use......
Dont accept that project
Yes, if ur unallocated for long, RMG will force u into any project. They will block ultimatix if u don't report 2 times a day. BFSI unallocated must report to HR along with RMG.
