Tried NoBroker premium subscription. More than 6-7 listings were fake and the other ones were already rented out. Waste

I took help from Facebook groups. Maybe you can explore in this platform too along with these mainstream house hunting apps.
Better just go with a reputed broker. Might feel like you are paying extra but it's worth the time and hassle saved. Tell them all your requirements in a flat and how much brokerage you are willing to pay in the beginning of the house hunt. Good luck!
housing.com seemed to have better listings than Nobroker and magicbricks.
You can also try listings on Mygate app, mostly genuine listing are there
