Bands to be rolled out only if you have rto index >= 85%
In a recent discussion with hr from Chennai I understood that although corporate hr has rolled out the bands. They do not reflect in our speed portal because the rto index is <85%
For the month of April and beyond bands will be released only if if we maintain average monthly rto index of 85%
Some units are exempt itseems. Where there is no dedicated odc bands will be rolled out irrespective but rationalized to b if it's a.
All these are rumours. One of my friend got promoted in November and she never comes to office with 0% RTO & when I checked with HR on my promotion she told my RTO is below 70% so promotion is on hold so believe me all these are non sense. There is no transparency.
