Bands official criteria or eligibility

Did anyone know the bands official criteria or eligibilty although I know every project will +- in that as per thr understanding...like for ex A band means meeting expectations +do beyond the expectations etc. I want to know if anyone know any official statement for bands.

The more close to your manager and in good terms will help you to get better BAND. Somehow average performer with project bit depended on you will easily reward you with 'A'
