
Bands distribution
What I have heard currently happening is like your manager is sending bands to HR and depending on RTO he will decrease if he wants So they are only going for guys who has A and if they are not compliant they will get B For the people who are getting B it will not impact they will not make it to C

Can they make an employee band from B to A if he is compliant to RTO. If not then HR held responsible if employee not working for the pronect for a year after getting B instead of A.

I really hope this is true. I am wings 1 associate & I am not compliant with 60% rto. If I get a 'C', my wings 1 incentive will be goneπ₯Ήπ₯Ή I have 4.4 ratings, so I was assured of getting at least 'B', but after this RTO compliance fiasco, I am really worried π!!

Yea even me not worry bro you will get B else they also have to suffer like us.

Are they considering all 5 days wfo a week, or 3 days, for non client odc people?

FYI for non complaint.. C band is surely going to happen.. Only things can save is if sufficient others are in bottom % list of your account.. For 0 RTO compliant D band is also getting considered not sure if they will implement it or not
