Please start looking outside if your rating is less than 4 (C or D band). There is no point in staying back and waiting for bands and hikes.

Does the IPF really matter, I got the highest IPF in the team with 4.5 and was given C band, While others got B with a lesser rating.
On rejecting the band, the program manager shrugged it off saying he has given good IPF rating which was in his hand and that the band was not in his hand.
