Band Update - Summary

1. Bands released for all units.
2. Speed is down due to heavy load right now. Be patient, it will eventually be accessible over speed app.
3. Non RTO Compliance people might not have received their bands, for the same check with your Supervisor and HR tomorrow
4. Unit Heads had already been provided with list of non compliant cases and certain justifications have also been provided, so check the same by following through with your immediate supervisor
5. Regarding what Bands you've received and cases like - I have 4.5 rating but have got B band, that is normal. IPF does not correlate to Bands. You can check this with your immediate colleagues who have previously received bands as well to validate.
6. Whatever band you have got, it's a reflection of what is your validation within the company. So if not happy discuss with supervisor before taking any decision.
