Band Revoke

I am planning to ask release from my project after getting the band. Will there be an option for my manager or hr to revoke the band immediately if i ask for release??

I got better band and got release too from the project so don't worry, once band is released no one can do anything

They simply won't give you release :)

You can reject band in ultimatix . There will be option to accept or reject. Management will connect once you reject it

Do not suggest something unless you know how it actually works.

Management doesn't care if he rejects the band.

Even if you reject also no one bothers to connect and get corrected simply they will say will work together and get it sorted out

Am trying to get release for about 2 years and I sent email to customer that I will not work anymore. No luck. All am asking is good role and work, for about 15 years of experience in IT , am doing the work of a trainee in my previous organization. But it's a stress free life and got good work life balance.
