I received the news that those with an RTO index of less than 60% will have their band revised (downgraded).

That has been sent to all the LOB’s but my question is how come you are sure it is reduced to 60%
As we have received criteria’s to explain
With reasons why seats were not provided
Location specific
Associate concern
Seat unavailable etc etc
