Band revised after disagreement
Hi guys, my band was revised today after raising band disagreement. Can any one tell me if I will be getting a new compensation revision letter and if yes generally how much time does it take.
For me, the band has been revised after rejecting it. The new band was updated in speed yesterday.
I heard that in the next salary, we will receive all the backlog amount with revised compensation letter. But not 100%sure about this info.

You are lucky bro, in my case it was auto closed by the system. But I haven't give up on it yet.
Honestly bro, rejecting the band was in the heat of the moment decision just to convey to the management that my output in the account will be lesser going forward. You also know changing the band is not going to revise comp drastically but now the amount of work is definitely going to go up. They did not revise my band because they realised their mistake but they realised my criticality in the project for various reasons.
It happens very rare. U are a genius and lucky one.
Which band u rejected and which band u got now ? What is ur Grade? Which country project ur working. I have also disagreed still showing status as pending. Not sure when it will get updated also not sure whether Organization will accept or not.
