Band release and Wings2
This is so frustrating to wait for band release when we are frustrated waiting for each power play result release already. This is the height of testing one's patience level. I read somewhere that many people are curious about their bands because their Wings2 incentives rely on what band they receive. And that's true. That's my biggest concern too. My PP1 evaluation was done in Nov. Results updated in ievolve in dec. After some days results came via mail in dec itself. Revised letter with incentive came in Feb. Salary with incentive came in Feb.
PP2 and PP3 courses and certifications completed in Feb. Waited for evaluation. PP2 evaluation took place in March. Now I'm still waiting for PP2 results. Still got to give Mettl assessment for PP3. PP4 deployment already completed. My CTC change depends on PP2 and 3 now. With this speed I guess if I clear pp2 and 3 also, my new salary will come from next year only😤
How much percentage hike you are getting after PP? And what is the difficulty level of evaluation?
If I calculate based on what I got after PP1, it is 40% for me. But it varies from person to person. Some are getting pennies.
Difficulty level is also varying based on ur evaluator. If they are chill and understand the problem associates are facing and why they are attempting Wings2 in the first place, they will help u clear it.
Completely understand bro. They are intentionally delaying so that even if they give it as arrears in next month the interest amount they won't give to us. That's the profit margin for TCS.
Right. Even if u got the pass with distinction mail in jan but u get the letter in Feb then the incentive will be given effective from feb and not jan.
