Band release and reduction of Band due WFO index
Will band come tonight, my manger mentioned that management is track WFO index for those who have got A band and if not compliance then they will reduce the band .
But why so focus on just WFO what about work that we do delivery we make sitting in office this won't be possible

These are just bad tricks to reduce overall increment amount so that they have to bear less amount

Not only A Band, even B Band guys will be reduced to -1 Band. For example, If u got A, HR will give you B, If employee is not compliant to WFO.
