Band related query? Please suggest here
Consecutive I got A, A band, but for this year I got C. No escalation from client and RTO index also good. Now Manager saying that C band given by HR not me. I entered A band in System he said. And mid of Last year I got promotion. Due to this I got C saying by Manager. Who is playing game here?
RTO INDEX is not at all related to our bands
Is this true?
I got D band just because of this reason, that too Inahd maintained 8 months 1 month exception, only 2 month with RTO issue
How can I confirm if this is not related to Band?

As far i got the news from my DP, until C3A roles they haven't considered RTO compliance. Whatever manager has provided HR approved
Manager is lying
Raise grivience in this case. They are fooling you. Promotion you deserve and good band also. They are just fooling ki ab promotion hogaya uska A kisi ko delete h and vice versa.
Just refute the band

Same case with me , I always got A but this time C , this year I have taken release , i thought maybe that's why I got C , but you are in same project and you got C that means some big Game is happening inside TCS 😈😈
