Band rejection

I wrote this: "Can you please shed light on the various parameters that were considered other than the IDF and WFO compliance while deciding my band? This way I would be working towards rectifying shortcomings in those areas,instead of worrying about things like the goals set for me or the overall IPF which apparently make little to no difference for deciding the band."

However, you need not be this blunt if you don't want to piss some people off, I don't give a damn hence wrote like this.
