Band Rejected revision

In speed I got three options to select one is discussed and satisfied second is discussed and not satisfied and third one is discussed not held. When I ask manager he said that your band rejection request is approved. So you can select 1st option. But I did not have mail for my confirmation…. So should I select first option by putting faith in manager’s words directly or something else? Kindly suggest guys!!!
