Band promotion

Hi

I want to know something regarding promotion. If someone can genuine guide. Project manager recommended the promotion and recomnendation shared to corporate HR. In ultimatix i can see pending with HR. What next now??? Promotion window is still open. Anything more i need to check.

You cannot see the promotion status in Ultimatix. Only managers can do that. Keep following up from manager about the status.
