I joined tcs in aug 2022 as a fresher, I got 4 rating after 1 year and salary reached till Rs 3,74,000. Now the band will be given and I got 3.9 rating. What band will be given l, any idea?

Most probably A/B its totally depends on your manager.

For 3.9 expect B/C for A, manager should give explanation what you did beyond assigned work..

Probably B band but the hike% depends on your project. There is no standard hike for bands
