Band is decided by ?

Band is decided by TL (speed manager) or manager (reviewer ) , both are ok with me . Manager give me wfo exception, & TL know that I am hard working person & also give 4.42 rating , but why give me B band I don't know ? Only negative comments in speed is Oral communication need to be improve , rest all is fine.

Bro band dosent matter , even if you get A band you just get 1 to 2 % extra in which 50 % goes into variable pay . So dont work too hard and expect A band . have a good work life balance and if you are not happy with WLB and pay . just quit and move on.
