Band ineligible contact the Unit HR?

Hi team, does anyone getting the mgs like contact unit HR and ineligible this year for band release in speed portal?? What it means?? I have changed project june last year. The current project given 4.12 IPF and previous project 3 IPF. Why TCS play very cheap low class tricks with employees?

Some times just before the bands getting released you get this error.. that means they are releasing for other units.. don't worry you will get your band soon..
