Dont stress out about AI. The disruption is real but as long as cost of Infra is higher and Privacy laws remain as is the chance of AI replacement will take another 5 years.
But that being said get used to the tech. Master a domain and be that person who uses AI to get work done. That will remain.

This time bands will be only used for the criteria to screen people for further possible layoffs. The reason is AI leads disruption to the IT sector and another is ongoing global market uncertainty. So just pray don't get C or D.
What if get C band? I think c is safe band
C is not safe dear. There is no reason for having a huge amount of employees in the IT sector, new AI tools have already kept IT in margins pressure, internal meetings are happening regularly among the leadership, and they are only trying to find ways to reduce employees.
Golden days are gone for the IT sector, C&D are most vulnerable currently.
