Band Eligibility

Hi All, I joined TCS in May 2024. Immediately allocated in a project & worked till OCT 1st week.After then I am on maternity leave & rejoining by April 1st week.

I got IPF rating.Can someone please let me know whether i will receive a Band with respect to rating?
