Band Distribution FY:24-25. Irritated to leave the project

I have been into TCS for 4 years and am working on some maintenance projects. I want to skip this work and switch to other technology and iam learning on it. I have been working on this project and they are asking to move to another project for which I am not interested in working.

Kindly let me know how I can leave the project and after getting Band whether they can change my Salary distribution. I am planning to take Release from the project after Band Distribution whether they are forcing me. How can I inform to them that iam not interested in other project?
