BAND DISTRIBUTION
I am digital cardre associate(cleared wings1) this time I got over-all 3.9 rating discussed with manager saying this time we will manage ur band but for next time you have to take care not saying clearly which band going to give.
Can anyone pls let me know which band usually giving for 3.9rating.

Last time one of my team member got 4.1 rating, still that person got c grade

As per my knowledge, band will distributed based on your work and comparing with your co-employees who is having same knowledge and experience in your project. But not based on your profile (whether it is digital or normal).

My question is that usually which band getting for this rating.
Actually I have half less experience to all but I am active in the team and one more guys came last month but she got good rating than me
