Band Disagreement raised
Hi All, I just want to know that I raised my band Disagreement this year and I also had a discussion with my supervisor but nothing changed. Now in speed showing for me to give remarks for -
- Discussion held and satisfied,
- Discussion held but not satisfied,
- Discussion not held.
Final remarks from my End is mandatory to give? Becz Current status is showing Pending. If I skip will that be accepted by default..?

Even though you 2 and 3 point as remark your band will not be revised.
My case: I was on notice period last year, by default I was given d band.
I took resignation back after mutual agreement but band was not revised even after multiple followups
My manager said that he tried his best
