Band disagreement
Today I got to know band disagreement may not go through, what it means??
Thet are asking to accept band or I can mark it as not satisfied
Is there anyone who rejected band & their BAND get it revised ?

I have rejected my band , I had a discussion with my manager and reviewer. My manager has no idea why I have been awarded with D band irrespective of good work and 4.1 IPF rating and no discussion was done with my manager.
My reviewer does not have any idea on my Band. Why that band , what is the criteria of it.
I rejected the band and had a discussion with the reviewer she asked me to share the work I have done in the last one year.
The band revision case was submitted to the unit owner.

Had my discussion on Monday my manager said it's less than 1% to change the band, and on Tuesday dropped the papers

Last year, I raised band disagreement as there was no way C was applicable!! B atleast if not A. It was my anniversary appraisal and my reviewer asked me to drop a mail, asking me to highlight the year. I also received a mail stating that a meeting would be scheduled with the HR. There was no meeting. Nothing. Few weeks later I saw the band disagreement page gone from speed with the same band C. So, nothing happens.
Yup that is the hard reality. Try to convince your manager after raising it…

I disagreed my band and discussed with manager, she took some strong points abt my work and she told that she will check on my band but band change is very minimal chance
It's of no use to disagree. Unless you have strong connection..very very slim chance of it getting changed..
