If I directly write an email to the Delivery Partner, who is the reviewer, while skipping my manager and keeping the unit HR and account team in CC — will it lead to any escalation? I feel there is no point in discussing this matter with my manager.
I would suggest it is just a waste of time and increasing the frustration that they might not even respond. All the best for your decision
There is no point in discussing it with anyone. You're simply regarded as a disposable asset in your project. So get out of there.
When you disagree to band in system , it goes to reviewers workflow. Speed manager does not know. Just to let you know, they won't change your band.
Before sending email, review it's contents to ensure if it's not used against you.
