its hard to tell, new compensation letter not opening currently.
Last year it was mere 1-1.5 %. Very bad hike percentage given by TCS

Depends on which account you belong to, IOT gave 0.5% for c band but other units gave 2-3% for c band.

That 0.5% hike was actually negative when compared to in hand monthly salary
