Band “B” discussion

I got “B” band for two years before that I had discussion with my manager he gave a positive feedback but still I got B. What should I do now should I agree or disagree in speed. If i disagree what will be the next steps and if this is case should i look for job change anyway I will not get any hike for B band suggest your opinions or suggestions.

If your YOE is more than 3 Years and you are below 35-40, my friend it's time to jump.

Unless you are working on cutting edge technology where your work ex is leading to huge learning that is relevant, sticking too long will make you in your comfort zone and by the time you realise it may be too late.

If you feel you are underskilled and in the current scenario you won't get a good jump then the next three months leverage tcs resources and get yourself certified. Don't put too much into project do minimum, upskill, and then jump. It works. Just focus on being the best in whatever you are going to certify yourself on.

Remember a fishes paradise is water but same water boils a fish.

Oke last question,Could you please let me know the percentage of hike I will get for this band and what are the ideal steps to increase the band apart from the project performance.
