Band and Salary

Last year i got D band and my salary got reduced also didn't got QVA and performance pay the whole year. This year i got A band. So do my salary get back to the old and then i get a hike or I get hike on my current reduced CTC. When checked with HR he told it will come back to old. Do anyone knows about this.

Same happend to me but when i ask my hr and manager after completing pip they said it's not confirmed yet and we don't know much either

For me pip was not there. I got D band last year due to some fight between my old manager. Once i moved to under a new manager he helped me to avoid the pip.
