Band And Ratings Clarification
Band is totally different thing and not linked to ratings.
If you want to know which band you will receive you need to compare your IPF ratings with others in your team having same grade as you
If you are coming as topper then A band (if team size is more than 2)
If you are coming at last /last three then C band
If you are team of two only then A and C or B and C is possible
Percentage of band distribution is... 10% A 60% B 30% C
Wait till 10th April, you will see band in Speed mobile application (next day after quarter results)
Good info. So is this about the whole team or just the manager that we share under speed?
Entire team Consider we have one delivery manager, under him 3-4 managers are there So they will decide mutually to whom which band should be given
Means more dependacy and visibility, more chances of good band
So brother let's say in my project, which has one delivery partner and 5 supervisors 5 managers,under every manager and supervisor there is a team of 20 people. So the band will get per team as one entity or entire project as a one entity ?
Then it will be team wise as project size is bigger
