Band and hike expectations

Hello guys!

Last cycle I didn't receive any bands or appraisal because it was my first year with TCS.In this FY, I was working with project A for the first 6 months and project B for the next 6 months. I have raised two project end appraisal and received 3.8 and 4.2 rating from them. Could you please help me with what band and hike percentage I should expect?

FY: I feel project A didn't do me justice for I've worked around 1 and half years with them. I know I did a good job there and expected good feedback. Disappointment anyways.
