Band After PIP Closure

I was in a project in TCS where i was not able to work due to some family medical emergency and i had to take LWP for three months i.e, Jan to March 2024 in my leave duration i was released from the project. Everything was going good until one day i received a mail that i have got D Band because i took long unnoticed leaves but i had already informed HR and was in a regular contact with the HR. Post that I was on bench for 2 months i.e, april and may and in june i got a new project but in oct i got a mail that i have been issued PIP. However, i have clearly stated the reason of PIP to my new manager and now after three months if review ky PIP has been closed in this Month itself . Now, my concern is will i get a band post the closure of PIP or the closure of PIP is only considered Band? Please clarify.
