Band

I got C band even after getting good rating. i was there in notice period later i revoked my resignation as requested by manager. So If I reject my band do i get any good band? And how many days it will take

Its of no use. They’ll keep it in pending stage. My colleague still did not receive update on last year’s band.

Reject the band and talk to your manager as he told to give good hike to revoke resignation. It might work if he genuinely wants to give you good hike
