Trending @HCL; Band 3.2 joined July 2023 when will be my annual appraisal?
Your anniversary appraisal should have opened in August and must have closed by November. The increment letters and bonus is obviously at the mercy of HR. But they have removed all the policies regarding appraisal and anniversary appraisal from policy hub. This is jungle raj without any clear timelines. You will have to make people give you your right. I am sailing in same boat. I joined in June 23. I got my bonus atleast. My appraisal was merged with March period instead of Anniversary appraisal.
Hmm.. I realised the Jungle Raaj here. Discussed the same with HR and ahe mentioned that my first year starts from july 2023-Sep 2024 and they consider one whole qtr. Also as per latest update the letter release process starts from Dec 24 last week
E0-E2 : 1st Oct 2024 E3-E6 : 1st Jan 2025 E7+ : 1st April
Not sure if this is true as she added this all depends on Leadership Approval.
