Hi all, I joined TCS 1 year ago in march and completed my anniversary in march 24.

So I got band also.. and rating alos. Will I be eligible for salary hike ? Any information on this will be helpful.

Anyways, I got 2% hike.. so I can confirm that people who join tcs before the hike cycle will get something.. better than nothing lol.

Band was C. IPF was 3.15

As far as I know for lateral 1year only anniversary appraisal don’t get any hike. It seems to be just for documentation purpose.
