Not sure why cg is hiring and then keeping people on bench... Ridiculous management.... Never seen this in other org... People are clearing interviews to get in the company

Its high time to leave, just find new opportunity outside CG, you will get good opportunities outside rather seating on ventilator. Its better to be safe by finding opportunity
