Balancing Career and Arranged Marriage in late 20’s

I have been looking for arranged marriage for last 1 year. I am well settled in my career so I decided to take time for this personal space. What i have realised is that the work culture in most of the companies has completely drained out the time to put efforts for connections and love.

Everyone is grinding 9am- 9pm. Super exhausted. No time even on weekends. Expecting a connection has almost become like a hopeless expectation. Its become an emotionless, practical world out there. No place for having fun.
