Bajaj Finance/Finserv Resigning within 2 weeks of joining (need to serve notice period?as it's literally countable days 10,12)
Hi All,
Need advice specially from bajaj finance or bajaj finserv employees, I joined bajaj 10 days ago but I don't like culture team manager everything is worst, so I want to ask can I leave the company now itself, without serving notice period, as it's just 11th day plus no work started, not withdrawn any salary, not received any joining bonus, relocation amount nothing.
Just they are having weird policy BYOD, buy your own device whose emi will be supposed to deduct from our salary monthly basis, so I am having laptop on which I am ready to return it or compensate on that laptop amount only, I don't want to give any other money.
As it's just 10th day so nothing major happened, but epfo portal showing there company entry simply but not revived any salary as I joined in month start and it's just 10 days somewhat.
What to do? If i resign immediately over email by sending it to HR rather than applying know there portal will it be fine, bcaz if apply on portal they might ask to serve notice period.
Anyone faced this issue? What to do? Anyways it's just 10 days so I don't think it can be considered as it's too less time. Plus shall I consider this day itself as lwd if I sent out the email or resignation now itself?
Please ans. Really needed help advice support.
One thing- not going to work for them so pls don't say to work they are really worst.

Not worth showing this experience on your resume. And I don’t think you’ll have to serve full notice period during probation.

There is no probation period mentioned in offer letter as i joined bajaj as lateral joiner. It's fine I will not specify bajaj on resume but can I leave directly bajaj? As it's reflecting on epfo also even though it's been only 10 days from joining and not withdraw any salary yet.

Serve the notice. Because these days most companies review your PF UID to validate the experience. Incase you have receive 1 month Pf from Bajaj it’s worth exiting in the right way
