Badminton / pickle ball court as passive income

I’m a software engineer, and for a while now I’ve been exploring ways to build some passive income, especially since our industry can be quite unpredictable. Recently, I’ve noticed the rapid growth and rising craze around badminton and pickleball, which got me thinking about starting a court business . I’d love to hear your thoughts on this idea.
