Bad sleeping habits

Slept at around 5,6 am the past few days and my brain is fucked. Feels like something stuck in the head. Sleep is so crucial.

Yeah I sleep around 3 am, suffering from the same problem. Now I do sleep a little early.Here are the things I did. Uninstalled Instagram. Uninstalled YouTube . Also I bought new alarm clock.To keep my phone way from me. Once the clock strikes 12.i keep my phone and tab in a different room.Hope this will help.

I sleep from 5-12, you get into the habit, i.e. if you are inclined. Nights are peaceful and you can sleep through the day to avoid responsibilities.

Yes this is true but it also affects body hormones so negatively that you sleeping early feels out of place and it requires constant effort from you to sleep early or you ll get back to 5-12 cycle

as someone who suffered this for months, get more sunlight. limit phone / screen time. and a little workout if possible. long walks are a good start.

My shift is 9:30 PM to 6:30AM and my sleep duration is only 2-4hr. I also didn’t take proper sleep….but take care of your health 💯

Sleep cycle fucked - need help

I got a hybrid role in a startup that started late in morning. Was waking up around 9 am to reach the office.

Now I have shifted to a remote role. Which has got me waking up at 1 pm (or 2) and awake till 4-5 am.

I don't have any reason...
