Trending @Accenture; Bad HR Behaviour towards employee, disgusting HR.

Accenture have worst HRs. They never reply to any employee they act as if they are carrying All Accenture work on their shoulders. I am on bench I resigned Accenture. I contacted HR to ask early release. I followed up for 3 days and he never responded. When I added his manger in teams chat. He called me seperately and spoke rudely and negatively.I want to escalate him. I really dint like his behaviour. His manager don't care at all.For whom can I escalate? Anyone please help me.

No one will help if you have resigned. DM me if you still want to either escalate him or get early release.

Just escalate it to there managers manager don't worry they will not be able to do anything to you ...you have not done a crime

Guys I escalated and mangers took it seriously and looking into the issue. Policies manager called took all the details from me. What action will they take? Will they fire him or earn him?

If his manager is also not responding, in that same email thread add manager's manager as well, just follow the organization chart until you get any proper update, since you are already in notice period so nothing to worry, just follow the organization chart as escalation matrix
