Bad days ahead.....
So this morning HR came to our ODC and warned that they are actively monitoring less then one hour swipes and others who are not following the WFO compliance. There will be strict action against these resources soon.
Irony is those who come to just swipe were not present in the ODC.🤣🤣🤣
These HRs and upper management can never be happy. Just want to make our life hell.
I will violate all these and will put papers ryt in February hehe
I know this is painful. My days of pain will also come when I will have to resume office. Currently on child care exception. But if company is making a policy why don't people follow? If they want you to work from office then work from office. This is not some exceptional policy out of the blue.
