Trending @Infosys; Background verification check

Hi I received a show cause notice from Infosys about my background verification check. I have worked in two companies for 5 months in my first company and 2.8 years in a second company. The second company verified but I received a show cause notice saying the first company was not verified and they needed few documents like offer letters, experience letters, bank statements, form 16, PF, payslips. But I have an offer letter and experience letter with 2 month bank statement. No payslip and form 16 or PF because that was a small start up and does not provide all of this. That company is closed now. How can I prove my employment? Please help me I need help

Offer and experience letters are your best bet. Explain the startup's closure and lack of documents to Infosys. They might understand the situation.

I have explained everything in the email but not sure why they sent me the second show cause notice.

You will be able to get an official document about the start up's closure as a proof that it is a legitimate company and attach atleast the payslip or official email confirmation that you've joined it.

I have arranged an email from my manager saying I was an employee of that organization with the time period and by company law i was paid via cash so payslip and form 16 isn't available and currently the company is not operational. So I have submitted an offer letter, experience letter, resignation email, manager email and the contact information of that manager.

Hopefully this will resolve my background verification issue.
