Background verification
Hi all, I have been selected in a Govt. Bank as an IT officer, during document verification process they are asking me for any official channel or mail where they can verify my employment and experience which I have given. I have attached the joining letter and Bonafide letter they want to verify. When I asked my HR he said there's no such process we can verify something to other organisation till your last working day.
Any senior TCSer please let me know if there's any process or not.
@KosherAntiquity89 - I see what the bank's expectation is, just provide your close colleague's number, TCS email and tell him beforehand that the bank will contact you.
Also, ensure that you tell your friend is like a senior director/senior manager in the company.
They don't care about that but once they hear that they will atleast take your friend's word and not do too much digging
Give them your epfo work history
I told him I can show an appointment letter and pf documents if required he said we need someone from your organisation to verify if those documents are correct. I said there’s no such thing as a tcs policy to verify something to other organisation till my last working day after that you can send mail and get confirmation that’s what my current hr told me.
