For how long does Accenture reverify our education certificates, is it throughout the career, like once in every three years and does background check happen again even when we take an IJP internally? Can someone please confirm, thanks!
It happens if a company needs a reason to fire people. In the middle of previous and this year Wipro and Accenture both have fired employees in the name of Moonlighting or wrongful document submission. HR places verbal calls no emails or anything. After HR gives you such a call ask them to send an email with the list of documents they and the reason they are asking for. For e.g. HR are asking form 26 that means they are checking whether you have another source of income or not.
