Does anyone know what could be the repercussions of not going back to the office without BTO EXEMPTION.?
They will give you a Notice Of Enquiry. Then you will appear in front of a panel. They will grill the hell out of you. And won’t take any explanations. After that if you will be able to give some excuse and they accept it you have to give them proofs and then it’s up to them if they will consider it or not. And then they will give you minutes of meeting with everything in writing whatever you have said and they responded and will also give you the verdict up to termination but not limited to termination. Better you can just be compliant.
Don't worry we are not slave over here - just give proper reasoning and - there are lot of companies outside who want employees to work - so relax
